Hot Air Balloon Rides In Washington

I am wondering if there is a consumer protection law in the state of washington? I am looking for a refund.?

I purchased a Hot Air Balloon Ride for my wife and I for her anniversary and we have never been able to use it. We have gone mulitple times to ‘fly’ but each time the company cancelled on us. I have lost time from work for this and I am tired of dealing with them. I know I will never get to fly and I am upset and don’t want to go with these people.

Can anyone let me know if there is a consumer protection policy in the state of washington that will allow me to get a refund. We were never told that we could not get a refund in the beggining and they have no such policy on thier website but they now claim that they do not have to give us any refund.

What action can I take to resolve this? Is there any law that protects me in the State of Washington?
